Eureka Forbes Aquasure - Eureka Forbes not attending complaints right after AMC renewal

Eureka Forbes forced me to renew AMC in January by booking a candle replacement proactively for my Aquasure and withholding service without AMC . Post AMC on ** Jan they visited only after a month on ** Feb for candle replacement. Whatever service was done - post that water filtering has stopped all together . I have raised a complaint on ** Feb - it’s still unattended despite numerous escalations.
