eureka forbes mop n vac purchase invoice date **-**-**** several times issue faced request for refund not done and delay in replacement date **-*-**** again several types issue faced several times but not been replaced neither taken strict measures for machine was not working within warranty technician was delay abd on another day machine was working for few minutes and smoke was seen with bad smell and was totally off this was immediatedly informed but was taken casually from them and delayed and when technician came he was taken casually and cut the inside wire of machine and started for repairing without being ask this was not accepted and requested for refund for such cases there was no update only excuse working for refund and replaced for several days and till last date of warranty no final decision given and ask me to keep faith on them and assured they will do needful i was regular contacting for delay in responding but same response and it was shocked on last date of warranty ant end of day when asked for update in call centre they are saying nothing can be done and showing attitude only repair can possible and disconnect the call
