Ethnicroop - Ethnicroop refund for order ID

I order * products from Ethnicroop and it was provided to me as Cash on Delivery for Rs:****/-. But the product was not similar as displayed in site and hence I texted them that I need to return the product.
They asked me to courier back the product to them which inturn cost me around Rs:****/-.I texted and asked the courier company and Ethnicroop and both of them responded the courier was returned to them on April *st ****.In Ethincroop site it was said the refund will be received in * to * days.But it is April *th today and I have not received my refund yet.
