Ethiad Airways - ethiad airways suspended my rewards account without information

Hello Sir, I had created my account in Etihad Guest and I transferred all the points of my bank credit card to it. I also transferred all the points of my Marriott hotel to it. After that the ethiad guest suspended my account .when i call they demand photo id and address proof. When I called, they asked for mail. When I mailed, they asked for KYC. After that they kept me roaming around. I sent all my documents, utility bills, all Indian Government identification documents to them. but they are not opening my account, I mail to them many times, even after that I don't get any response, I talk to customer care daily but they say that we have forwarded your mail to the support team, but even after that no response is received. There is no response and they says we can't help you just keep waiting .I have to book a hotel and I gave them all my hard earned credit card points and all these points are more than *,**,*** rupees and I am not getting any help I found this service to be the most useless. Even after sending so many mails, my account is not being activated and I still don't know why they deactivated my account, so through you ,I want to get my account quick activation thanks.
