TPSODL BERHAMPUR - Erroneously Charing Meter Rent by TPSODL

Sir,on **.**.**** the TPSODL meter replacement team came to my house and asked to change my fixed meter which self purched and tested by authorised organizations without any cause. while I argue with them, then they conversation with their Officer and he ensure me that you not to charge meter rent, only we need to replace your meter and we will taken your meter. I permitted and they done it and given an receipt in which they mentioned received of my meter. But further they started metre rent Rs **/-pm instead of nill. My times I approach to officers Mr Rishikanta Mishara and Shivam das Gupta of Sub Division No-* CorporationRoad,near Biju patnaik Park, Berhampur but not solved.
