maruti ertiga - erratic bills and replacement of parts

i have given the car for service only for upholstry cleaning, general servivce & oil change. at the time of delivery they had replace some parts tht needed to chnage that i swhat they claim. without my consent and bill *****Rs. after the service, while moving over humps there is some sound and first gear difficult to put. before the service i didnt had any issue at all. imdtly after i raised the issue he say shop is closed due to dasara pooja and collected vehicle after *-* days and then he is saying some more parts to be replaced and cost another *****Rs.. isnt it ridiculous.. they are doing daylight robbery. after i strictly told him iam not paying anymore extra money, i didnt had issue before service why now i asked. then he is telling will adjust and give..
