Epaylater.in - Epaylater didn t process my refund ofand asking me to pay that amount

Dear Sir,
I have made transaction of rupees ****/- via epaylater on myntra on * jan ****
I cancelled my order on *th jan **** and myntra proceed the refund to my epaylater wallet. But after * months epaylater haven't refunded that amount into my wallet. And their executives telling me that the transaction ref. Number provided by myntra is invalid and they didn't receive any refund.
Now they are forcing me to pay that amount and continuously imposing interest and late fee also
