Dunzo pune - Entire Amount Not Refunded

I ordered on Dunzo on ** June ****. One of the products was not in stock. The app asked me if I wanted to continue with the order for remaining items and that the amount will be refunded for the product that was out of stock. The order had already been placed through a debit card. Only *₹ has been refunded to me even though the product was priced at **₹ on the app.
