Simplilearn com - Enrolled me into wrong online course and need refund

akash.kumar@simplilearn.net from Simplilearn made me to enrol into a wrong course ( AWS Associate course ) where as i was looking for AWS Architect and deducted amount of ***** INR. I have attended the course on the first day and understood that because of his miscommunication i have enrolled into a wrong course, notified him via Whatsapp. Raised several support tickets and sent emails to their grievance.redressal@simplilearn.net but till now the issue is not resolved from Simplilearn.
