Kerry Indev Express - Engineer was very rude and talked so badly

Dear Team

One of my important bank related document was couriered via Kerry Indev Express at Bharuch location.

On **th December **** i received message that your courier will be delivered today. But no one come and no any intimation provided to me.

Now Today morning when i track my courier at website so it was showing Out Of Service Area.

So i called at Bharuch location and ask them so they told me that we cannot deliver at your location and we had informed you this via massage also.

So i told them that i have not received any massage of yours and i have all the massages if you want to check you can check that.

He started arguing with me that it is not possible that massage not received than i told him its okay now what i have to do?

So he told me that you have to collect it from our office, So i agreed and told him that i will come today.

My village is ** KMs. distance from the courier shop and i specially went to collect it.

When i reached there the person (Mr. Abid) told me that your courier has been returned or you can comeback next time etc.

So i told him that i come specially from ** KMs because in the morning we had a telephonic discussion and after that also you are saying me like this.

Than Mr. Abid started arguing with me that i don't care weather you come from ** KM or ** KM. You will not get your courier now and collect it from bank Etc Etc.

He was very rude and he has not respect how to talk to customer. and the clear fault is theirs not mine. In the morning we had a telephonic discussion also.

I really don't know how can firm like yours are having this type of engineer?

This is really unacceptable and i will go to any court or any consumer form against this man and your firm. because the way he talked and yelled at me was really wrong.
