Renault India Private Limited - Engine frozen of Renault duster

On **.**.**** my Renault Duster car had to suddenly stop on the highway as smoke was coming out from the engine. As we found driving further may land to a major issue we opted to take the car to the service station by towing.
Service centre informed that engine has frozen as we were driving neglegently and cost of repairing said as *.** to * Lacs. Though this car was bought * year before they suggested it will not come under the engine warranty.
I complained to the customer service centre they also denied to support me. They are also saying it is negligence I asked them to prove what was negligence as soon as we saw smoke is coming we stopped the car. Now they are not replying on mail also.
Seeking your help as I feel that the company is not ready to help me in any manner and they want me to bear ***% of the cost of repairing which is *.** Lacs to * Lacs.
