DPM Hyundai Ballupur Dehradun - Engine Failed in Newly Hyundai Aura in just 20 days

Dear, Hyundai Limited,

I bought Hyundai AURA CNG Variant on **.**.**** from DPM Hyundai, Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India on temporary registration to register in New Delhi, India

The Engine of AURA Car has been malfunctioned on **** Kilometer in just running in ** days. I visited Hyundai Subhan Sai Service Center, Delhi. The Service manager changed my newly car's old engine to New Engine.( Excellent work done by Subhan Sai, Service Center Delhi)

Further, I visited to RTO office, New Delhi with all papers alongwith bill of replaced Engine Assy. but the RTO officer could not registered the vehicle because the old Engine number is existed on e-portal (Govt. of India) which sent by the RTO Dehradun, Government of Uttrakhand on E-Parivahan portal.

Further, I described the whole situation to Mr. Chauhan, General Manager, DPM Hyundai on **.**.**** to till but no any action till date. the last date **.**.**** to **.**.**** has been over for submission the documents in RTO, Now late fee have been imposed on me in this matter.
Further, Email, dated **.**.**** regarding updating my engine number in Dehradun but still is pending on the part of DPM Hyundai, Dehradun. On my several request through phone call and whats app to gurugram (HQ) and DPM, Hyundai but no action will be taken till date. I am driving my vehicle on indian road without registration which is punishable offence vide indian motor act ****.

Whereas, I am a frontline heath worker in GNCTD and I am very disappointed with your company because my ** days have been ruined in the total scenario and Delhi Police may be impose heavy fine for unregistered vehicle running on indian roads. so Kindly request to you please give my complete paper documents so that i can register my vehicle in RTO, Delhi.
