Ajio luxe - Empty Parcel Box Received

My * year old son received the parcel from the Shadow Fax Delivery Guy and when we opened the box it was empty. It was supposed to be a Birthday gift for my wife. But i am very disappointed - clearly there seems to be tampering with the box as i can see a temporary white tape on the bottom of the box on top of the Ajio Luxe Branded Black tape. Also the ribbon was cut already.
