I placed an order on ** August **** through robesport.in for Foldable bluetooth Keyboard worth ₹****. My order confirmation ID is #**RCW**E*
To my shock, I received an empty package (no product inside) on * September ****. The packaging was properly sealed, but the box was empty. This clearly indicates a case of fraud.
I immediately checked for customer support details but found no valid contact number or response from their email/website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
