Pharmacy shop - Empty medice

Today morning i purchased one tablet and budesonide Aqueous nasal spray BP when I opened the box I got broken and empty bottle after that i went same pharmacy to give back that medicine but they are not taking any return because it sealed one. And they started argument. That medicine mrp is ***.** but i gave them ***. Even they had not given any recipt. My Question is every packaging its come sealed only untill and unless if i not opened how i will know what is inside in seal packaging.
