Vedant Dongarkar filed complaint against Snapmint on Feb 20, 2026
recently placed an order with Snapmint (Order No. ********). When the package was delivered, the outer packaging appeared properly sealed. However, after opening the box, I found that the product was missing — only the box was inside.
There were no visible signs of tampering on the outer package at the time of delivery. I have taken photos of the package and the empty box for documentation.
I have already contacted Snapmint support and am currently waiting for their response. Posting here to check if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and to understand how long resolution usually takes.
