Etisson Accounting - Employer neither paying dues nor ready for any discussion

Joined this company in Nov ****. In the beginning they asked that your camera & headphones are not good for so get new ones. I bought them from my pocket. This company IT guy, blew out my laptop window & it costed me from my pocket to get it repaired. On *th Jan **** they paid salary of Dec **** & said no need to work from tom as we are re-structuring our company & removing all BD roles. When i said re-structuring a company is not an overnight process, it's been only *.* months since i joined. You shouldn't have hired me, if this was the things going on internally. They disconnected the call after this. When i asked for paying dues for * days of Jan, they started making talks & not agreeing to release it. When i said i will approach Ministry of corporate affairs, they said show us the work you have done in last * days. When i opened my laptop, i found that they have removed all the integrations of my laptop from their IT end & also changed the password of the official email of the laptop.
