Reliance Smart Kendrapara College Squere - Employees of Reliance Smart are not polite and customer friendly

We visited Reliance Smart Store situated at Kendrapara College Squere. We have purchased groceries and other house hold essentials. While standing before billing counter, we found the staff speak with us not so politely. After paying our bill we asked for a carry bag and they again speak rudely while we were ready to pay for that. The billing staff told me with a very rude voice that why I have not ask for carry bag before billing. While we stepped out from the store even the bill checker shouted on us. We were surprised how these type of mannerless guys have been appointed in such a big store.
