Glory Autotech LLP IT company - Employee finale settlement dues

My name is Mohan Bhombe. I worked in your company as a Software Engineer in (IT department) or Team under (Harshit Kyal) who was my manager and subsequent business HR (Uma Soni).


I am writing in reference to my full and final settlement as my tenure ended on * January **** with the company. As per the terms of my employment contract, I know I am not entitled to receive a formal experience letter outlining my job responsibilities, performance, and duration of employment. But as per the contract states I have to serve a notice period of two months and the company must pay me my full salary during that time, then I am entitled to these benefits as I have to serve complete two months with full loyalty and dedication towards the company. As per our discussion, I got one month of salary on *th January and for the second month, you have committed to giving in February which is still not credited.
