Basava Kumara MC filed complaint against Diwan Housing Finance Company on Feb 2, 2021
*. I have taken loan for ** years= *** months. I have paid so far ** EMI's. When i have asked for repayment schedule they have given the schedule for *** EMI's, But still they are fighting they are correct. I have written to top management but no response from them neither resolution to the problem
*. As per RBI, the REPO rate is reduced drastically due to Covid-** situation. DHFL has increased the ROI when the REPO rate was increased but not reduced when it is reduced.
Please help me in resolving the same and how i can take it up legally
