Logix City Developers Private Limited - EMI not Reimbursed under subvention scheme

I booked a flat SAT *-**** in the residential project Logix Blossom Zest of Logix city developer private limited under subvention scheme in Feb ****, At the time of allotment I was told and given a letter saying that the EMI of my loan will be borne by the company till offer of possession (copy of the letter attached) . But suddenly the reimbursement of EMIs were stopped from November **** without telling the reason. Although the work of the flat is not completed and no offer of possession is given. Since then I have written mails and called many times to the company regarding reimbursement of the pending EMIs, but no reply came from their side. I want reimbursement of previous EMIs and also Future EMIs till offer of possession.
