Bajaj Finserve - emi not converted

on */*/**** i bought a phone from Flipkart on bajaj emi.the emi cost rs***** for * months without interest. today in the noon i got a call from the bajaj Finserv .the person who spoke he told me i actived the personal loan from consumer loan.many day ago i got a message from bajaj finserv i read something wrong and send a reply on the message.i got a offer from bajaj finserv ** months of emi with **.**% interest and the loan amount was rs***** and at the end of the loan i have to pay rs***** principal plus rs**** for interest and bajaj company offer me that personal loan and i mistakenly activated the loan. on the message something was written i don't remember their was written something "ECOMPL" I was thinking that is e complaint,i don't know that is "ECOM PERSONAL LOAN".I send this message more than ** times thanking that is for e complaint by mistake.when i bought the phone on emi .bajaj team person call for verification more than * times but when i send this message mistakenly no one call for one more verification that customer want this loan or not.when they see that message is coming more than ** times something was happening and going wrong even no one call for one more verification.now today when i say that person who called me i told him that it is happend by mistake try to understand i don't want that loan and try to convince that it is happened by miss understanding.the person told me that we can't do anything you have activated the loan and you have to pay the amount.


sir please try to understand it is happened by mistake please help me to change the ecom personal loan to consumer loan. its just a mistake i don't want it.i have to pay rs **** for unnecessary reason its just a mistake happen.
