Nxtwave Destructive Technologies Private Limited - EMI deduction continuing despite discontinuation of the course due to medical condition Nxtwave CCB

My daughter enrolled in the NxtWave CCBP *.* course on november ****. After joining, she started suffering from severe panic disorder and anxiety. She is suffering from severe panic disorder and anxiety, which affects her mental stability and ability to focus on studies. Due to this condition, she is unable to concentrate, attend classes, or continue the course. She has been under medical care and has been advised rest.
Because of her health condition, she had to discontinue the course. We informed the NxtWave team about her medical situation and requested cancellation. However, despite explaining everything clearly, the company is not cooperating and has refused to stop the EMI payments. The EMI is still being deducted even though she is not attending or using the course.
At the time of admission, proper clarity about cancellation and EMI terms was not provided. We feel misled and are now facing financial burden due to continuous EMI deductions. we have mailed all the medical documents regading my daughter health condition and also the medical certificate to the nxtwave team but even though they are calling and harrasing us by sending mails and calls regarding payment of EMI. they are messaging us that there will be legal charges and penality of **% further due to not paying the EMI . how can i manage this situation as a single parent , i have lost my husband in covid- pandamic .This situation is also causing mental stress to our family.
We are unable to continue the course due to genuine medical reasons, yet we are being forced to pay for it.
Therefore, I request:
Immediate cancellation of the course
Stop all future EMI deductions
Refund of the amount paid (if applicable)
I request a fair resolution considering her serious medical condition and our financial hardship.
