Upwards Fintech Services - EMI debited when already paid No proper response from customer service

I have a loan with upwards *******. Had made a payment of ***** as a part payment. I have contact the customer service multiple times however the team asssured me that it will be updated, however it was never updated. They told me to ignore the messages and calls. However now the EMI is deducted without my consent. I have even sent an email to the Founder however no updates from the team. I have been cheated as a customer
