moneyview loan company - Emi debited twice

I have taken loan from moneyview app, today was my last emi which was supposed to be auto debited but didn't. So the application asked me to pay through UPI. I realised later that EMI is auto debited as well as I paid through UPI. Tried with customer care but no response. Please help me to get my money back
