Hdb financial services - Emi bounce charges

I took personal loan and a mobile loan. So i missed the payment and it was bounced . Then after my payment of loan of that month completed and again showing to pay about ****/- and for mobile loan * payment missed so it is charged about *** for * times approximately ****/- + another charges. So i will raise complaint on hdb financial services for this extra charges and high amount of interest.
