early in ****, I started getting emails from unknown people on facebook (I don’t have a facebook account currently), recently, these emails have increased in frequency to the point where I investigated the matter and learned that apparently a facebook user is using my personal email address with their facebook account.
After confirming my identity with facebook, I explained to facebook (December **) that my email is being used against my will in a fraudulent manner, they sent me an email ** hours later (see attached file) indicating that all is well with this facebook account!
They even addressed me as the stranger’s facebook user’s name (who I haven’t a clue who that is)..
Meanwhile, I’m still getting these annoying emails while this facebook user is fraudulently using my email address with their account and facebook has done nothing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
