My email address that was registered with them was incorrect, as I discovered when I placed an order on your website. Therefore, on June **, ****, I requested a change to my email address. I never got a reaction from the side. Initially, they informed me that my mail ID would be updated in ** to ** hours. I waited, but nothing changed. Once more, on June **, ****, I called and asked that my mail address be changed. They said that it would be changed that evening, but it was not. They promised me it would be changed by *:** PM when I called again today, June **, ****, but nothing changed.
