Aakash Institute Changampuzha Park Edappally Kochi - Eligible refund being not reimbursed

My son completed his CBSE class XII in April **** and had appeared for various Engineering Entrance Exams as he is a B Tech aspirant. Since, his JEE **** scores were not very good, we decided to wait for KEAM **** (Kerala State Engineering Entrance) allotment by Controller of Entrance Examinations (CEE, Kerala) to join any of the top ranked Engineering college in Kerala. Meanwhile, we decided to join an entrance coaching for **** admissions, so as to waste no time, in case if he doesn’t get admission in a reputed engineering college in Kerala this year.
In the first week of July ****, my son took admission in Aakash Institute, Changampuzha Park, Kochi centre for class room course for Engineering Entrance Repeater Course ****. Application ID: ********, Student ID (PSID) – ***********. We paid *****/- as registration fee and *****/- as Tuition fee. While joining, we had mentioned that he is already in the KEAM**** rank list and if allotted in a good Govt. Engineering College in the upcoming allotments, we will discontinue from Aakash and would request for a refund. The Akash staff in charge of our admission, agreed to this and informed us that registration fee is non-refundable but, eligible tuition fee will be refunded if taken admission this year in a Govt. Engineering college. A policy on refund is also available in Aakash web site. On this assurance, he commenced the course from July *.
On July ** he got admission in Govt. Model Engineering College, Thrikkakkara, Kochi. Hence, on the same day we decided to discontinue the course at Aakash and reported the same in person at their institute and also by emails and requested for eligible refund. As per my calculations, based on their policy available on website, we should get approximate **% of tuition fee refunded. Unfortunately, the Aakash staff were not cooperative with my refund request and were evading my queries and reminders and not attending to calls since then.
On August *, they replied to me saying we are not eligible for refund as they only refund tuition fee for those who get IIT admissions. Further, their staff are not replying to my queries. I have only receipts of payments made available with me and no written undertaking on refund from them other than the refund policy published in their website.
We feel cheated by Aakash Institute, Edappally, Kochi who are not refunding the eligible course fee. Requested to arrange refund to below Account
