Dear Sir, We have purchased Elica ** Place setting Dishwasher with soft touch, is not working and service engineer not responding to replace, purchased on **th Aug-****, after there is no one service engineer visited for installation, after * month gap, Elica service engineer visited and saying this product is physical damaged and not working, now i want to replace this product or replace damage parts and run the machine.
