I feel the that I am wrongly charged by Adani Power.
I have filed my complaint on **th June **** and today it is **th July **** but I have not heard anything from them yet.
I even tried calling them thrice in between.
*. In my *st call their representative showed me sympathy saying I am wrongly charged and took my complain.
*. *nd time their representative told me that I will receive call from a superior within **hrs (Well I didn't obviously)
*. *rd time after understanding my whole concern and not being able to help me, their representative bluntly hung up on me.
I am constantly writing them on email from ** days but no reply from them
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
