Mscb - Electricity bill dispute

Hello my name is Omkar Santosh Kadam I live in a rented flat under the owner name - Danish Madre who is well informed about this I am from Dronagiri Sector ** Akshar Evita *** Plot No. **, Sector **, Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
I have received a light bill of **** Rs for a *BHK with minimal appliances my last bill was **** Rs
I have called customer care number aswell went to mscb Office in uran to put a complaint against the light bill as we are a family of * people who both are working the electricity is only used **-**hours a day plus we have multiple light shortages in uran my building light goes everyday I have screenshots of contacting mscb officials about light is not working every single day from last * months
No action was taken the officer who I spoke to was named ketan Thatte from uran mscb now the new officer is not helping me to raise a dispute on the light bill after multiple followups he is ignoring calls and messages I have also put a complaint on mscb toll free number
Please rectify the meter as soon as possible and please rectify the light bill which is not possible
I have been charged ****Rs service tax aswell there is no service here in uran everyday the light is gone
I am keeping the consumer court in the cc aswell so that they will have a idea about my case aswell

I am attaching all the proof and WhatsApp conversations with mscb officials which will reflect how often the light is gone everyday aswell attaching both of the light bills
