JVVNL - Electricity bill amount and This is totally negligence of responsibilities of JVVNL

The consumer (shri Badri narayan saini **, arya nagar, murlipura, jaipur, rajasthan) is paying his meter bill regularly day of installation of the meter and now consumer got the bill of around Rs *****/- with the present bill of around Rs ****/-, However, the consumer has contacted to Electricity department and they were saying that audit has visited in Electricity department so they have figured it out the bill which is pending since * years of about Rs **,***/-, Although consumer does not agree to pay the amount because they had to intimate him before * year. Expected: The consumer does not want to pay the amount.
This is totally negligence of responsibilities. This case of Vidhyadhar Nagars, Jaipur Vdhyut Vitaran nigarm Ltd.
