Apple India Pvt Ltd - Electric Shock Faulty iPhone No Support from Apple Service Center

I’ve been facing electric shocks from my iPhone (Serial No: ******CQTH) for over a year. Recently, it started restarting randomly, hanging frequently, and having charging issues.
I went to the Apple service center multiple times, but they denied the issue, gave fake reports, and spoke rudely. I now feel completely unsafe using this phone and have lost trust in Apple.
Despite raising the complaint many times, my issue remains unresolved. I’m mentally stressed and disappointed.
Kindly help escalate this case.
