I do not stay at this house, and I get monthly bills of ~****-****. I've raised complaints over twitter, emails, complaint box, still no resolution.
Attaching once instance, where the bill was generated on * May, **** (showing meter reading as *****), but meter reading on ** May, **** is *****.
Each month I've to pay extra bills, complaints are not being heard.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
