AP East Power Dist Co Ltd - Elecrtricity bill generated for disconnected meter since last year

We have not been using service no **************** since the last few months and informed our lineman and paid amount **** rs and handed over the meter to him, but still bills have not been using service no. **************** since the last few months and informed our lineman and handed over the meter to him, but still bills are generated every month. I again asked our lineman about this issue, and he told us to don't pay any due amounts, then only he can proceed with the surrender application. But I used to pay every month bills because I knew if my service number was cancelled, a bill would not be generated, hence we requested again through meeseva for service termination via rigistration number **************. Please terminate service number **************** as soon as possible. There is no response from electricity department since more than six months we are paying every month minimum due without using electricity.
