Zafar Iqbal filed complaint against Flipkart Ekart Logistics on Apr 30, 2026
On ** April ****, Ekart delivery executive arrived for my Flipkart return pickup (Order ID: OD******************). When I asked him to verify the product before handover, he shouted and intimidated me. I withheld handover for safety. I have a photo of the executive. Despite emailing grievance.officer@flipkart.com, Twitter escalation, and DMs, Flipkart gave only generic responses and has now cancelled my return — even though the failed pickup was entirely the executive's fault. I have also filed with NCH (Docket No: *******). I demand full refund, strict action against the executive, and compensation for harassment.
