I have ordered one Paytm gift card worth Rs. *** from SWYCH giftcardsindia on **th May **** with order no. #******. I have paid total Rs.*** for the order. I received * gift cards instead of one on **th May. When I applied them in Paytm it showed error "this code is already used". It means I received used giftcards. I contacted the customer support team many times but got only assurance and nothing else. I want an early solution to the issue.
