I have purchased bookmyshow egift card of worth ₹***. My order no is *****. Date of purchase is ** August ****. They said that they will provide within ** hours but it is more than ** hours but yet not they provide my gift card.
I have tried several times contact with the company via email as well and Mr anil Chaudhary email also (ower of the nafa.in) but he did not reply a single mail. So finally I have raised the complaint and I have already formally Email the company that I am going to file a case against nafa in consumer court as an advocate of Kolkata high court. I am higher recommend/ suggested that please do not buy or sell any gift card in nafa.in
