*. The Issue:I engaged the services of YMGrad to assist with my academic/visa process and processed the full requested fee upfront. Per our agreement, deliverables or communication were expected say immediately However, upon receiving the funds, YMGrad completely halted all communication. My subsequent follow-up emails to their official support handles and phone calls have been entirely ignored. To date, no services have been rendered, no progress updates have been shared, and they remain completely unresponsive.*. Demands for Resolution:I request Voxya to escalate this matter to the management/directors of YMGrad. I demand that the company should Issue an immediate, full refund of my payment amounting to RS ***** back to my original payment source.If YMGrad fails to resolve this grievance transparently, I am prepared to escalate this matter formally through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH - ****) and file a dispute with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
