Smartschoolonline - EDUCATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED BUT INSTALLMENT AMOUNT STILL DEDUCTED AND LOAN NOT FORECLOSE

I have taken an educational subscription from smart school on oct ** and they funded it through i*ifunding but the subscription was cancelled due to certain issues.
But my loan keeps ongoing and some deduction from my account done today even after receiving NOC from Smart school that I am not liable to pay Loan Id: ****** to i*ifunding.
Total * EMI's deducted from my account and i am not liable for even one. Kindly let me know for what you are charging me if i have not utilise any subscription from smart school. Kindly issue all my amount otherwise I have to raise my complaint in the highest authority to settle the consumer dispute under Consumer Protection Act. So, they will find and sort out why are you unnecessary claiming that amount to me.
Kindly sort out the issue at the earliest and refund the amount deducted and foreclose the loan account.
