Flintobox - Educational activity not appropriate for the age

Hi
I subscribed a * month educational activity Flintobox *to * yr age group one and that is not age appropriate . I paid **** cash on delivery and cancelled my subscription . They said they will stop sending the upcoming month boxes but will charge for the already sent box. The box is a utter waste of money . They are money grabbers without any ethics .
I am dealing from more than a week and they always say case is closed without resolving my complaint
