Suresh Gyan Vihar University jagatpura jaipur - Education services are not provided by university

I have paid ***** out of ***** fess , but university staff never guided me , as i m in distance education mode , further i was unable to see my *st semester result also. Now their fees department keep on calling me for fees. But i have already wasted my * academic year and ***** fees. Still i dont have any dgree in my hand . I have called them , emailed them number of times but i did not get any replay . On the other hand their fees department is torturing me mently for fees. If m not getting any services , why should i pay fees . University is only gaining fees, they don't bother about students . Kindly help me in this matter , i was willing to complete my dgree , but i have to skip it as university was not informing me anything , universiry failed to give me education, for which i have paid fees . i have wasted my money as well as money .
