I have registered in UPGRAD (an online education platform) for a course named BUSINESS ANALYTICS from LIBA institute. I had paid whole fees of ₹*****/- for that course. Because of some medical issues I was unable to start the course so I am requesting to upgrad for admitting me to new batch for the same course. But now they are demanding ₹****/- for the same and not ready to help in any other ways. So, I come here to request you for your help. Please help me in this case as I have done all the best possible try with UPGRAD but no help received.
