Upgrad Education Private Limited - Education Admission Fraud

UpGrad has been harassing me for more than * months. While taking admission, I told my upGrad counsellor that I want admission to a top German Public University or a top Russell Group university in the UK. Then my counsellor told me that upGrad provides a pathway program in which I can complete one year online at upGrad’s partner university, Golden Gate University, and then I can move to any university in the *nd year. But now upGrad is saying that they can only help my admission with their partner universities only not my choice universities. Now I’m asking them to cancel my admission and get me a refund including compensation for wasting my whole year. But upGrad says that they can’t cancel my admission, nor can they refund me. Now my counsellor blocked me and took off his phone number from WhatsApp so that I can’t reach out to him. UpGrad’s student support team is harassing me. I provided them all the evidence but they are saying that they don’t recognise them. My friend Kritika and me we both victims and we shared a post in the GGU University group to clear out doubt and the teachers removed us from the group now we are unable to continue our studies. We raised our issue on social media but upGrad counsellor now threatening us to delete the post.
