Narayana e techno school Sec 87 Faridabad - ed Resignation Mental Harassment Request for Immediate Inte

I am writing this message with deep concern and distress to bring to your notice the ongoing situation I have been facing in the school. I request you to kindly consider the matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution.

***. Forced Resignation & Transfer Pressure**
On ****th March**, I was forcefully asked to resign from my position. When I clearly refused to resign, I was pressurized and told that either I resign or get transferred to Sector ** by Sudeah Sir,Divya Ma'am and Vishal sir However, as per my understanding, there is **no such policy in Narayana school that allows forced transfer or forced resignation**.

***. Mental Harassment by School Authorities**
Since then, I have been facing continuous mental harassment. The Principal Ma’am has been speaking to me in an extremely harsh and disrespectful manner, which has deeply affected my mental well-being.

***. Isolation & No Work Assignment**
I am being made to sit from *st of April  in the library **daily from * AM to * PM without any work assigned**. I have been completely isolated. This situation has been continuing for a long time, and no one is addressing it.

***. Restricted Interaction with Students**
Students who come to meet me are being stopped, and I am also being instructed not to interact with them. This has further added to my emotional and mental distress.

***. False Grounds for Action**
At one point, I was told that due to my husband’s illness and leave taken during that time, action is being considered against me. However, I would like to clearly state that **even when my husband was on a ventilator, I continued coming to school, taking my classes, and only then going to the hospital**. It is extremely disheartening that such a sensitive situation is being used against me.

***. My Work Record & Loyalty**
This is my ***th year in Narayana School (Sector ** branch, faridabad)**, and throughout my tenure, I have worked with full dedication and sincerity. I have never given any reason for complaint. I fail to understand what sudden issue has arisen that such extreme steps are being taken against me.

***. Personal Responsibility & Emotional Distress**
I am a mother of two young daughter, and this situation is not only affecting me mentally but also creating insecurity regarding my future and my family’s stability.

***. No Resolution Despite Multiple Approaches**
I have already approached the **DO office keshav dutt sir and Basant sir and other authorities within the hierarchy**, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. I have not received any resolution till date.

***. Request for Immediate Action**
My mental condition is deteriorating day by day due to this continuous stress and isolation. I sincerely request you to please intervene in this matter and provide a **fair and immediate resolution**.

I am hopeful that my concern will be heard and necessary action will be taken at the earliest.
