Dhani app indiabull credit line app - ECS return charges and wrong updation in cibil

I had taken a loan with Dhani credit line in August, ****, with following particulars:

Monthly interest emi ***.** payable every *th of next month
Final amount of principal to be payable in September, ****.
ECS mandate was registered with ICICI bank the statement of which in PDF format is attached herewith I have following few issues which are serious enough to be escalated to our Respected Regulator of Banks.
*. The bank has signed an e mandate for *th of every month but never obeys the date for ECS deduction and neither does itr care the harm this causes to a genuine borrower's credit.
*. In the months of October and November, ****, they have failed at their end to deduct ECS and I had balance to service their * months EMI in both the months, but they did not mind to deduct. Instead after several days I noticed the fact and paid the dues on my own using Paytm. Now how honesty pays in such NBFC, my cibil report will evidence it clearly, the pdf of which is attached herewith. They have marked a ** days of delay making me handicapped to take a personal loan of * lakh even.
*. Now in January, **, still they have not followed guideline to deduct ECS, they deducted charges on several dates as ECS return charges, my dear lender, please elaborate to our honorable Regulator that if I have no balance to service EMI, how I am serving my ECS returns charges. I think that Mr. Gehlaut is having plentiful of losses in pockets, that even a single penny in my wallet and bank account has to be stolen, to fullfill that bucket of losses.
*. In a single month they have deducted more then **** rupees as ECS return charges in a ** days of time span, without debiting ECS.
