I have taken a personal Rs *****/-from loan india bulls and EMI ****/- due date is *nd of every month and I maintain sufficient balance for Ecs and Ecs is getting debited every month this month also got debited, even though EMI has been deducted I have been charged Rs ***/- & ***/- as mandate Ecs failure charge on **th September **** and again Rs***/- **st September **** I contacted bank and I have to know this is due to the presentation Ecs multiple times in a month and I called customer care of India Bulls they said due to technical problem so they presented Ecs twice (call recorded) and I sent email to India bulls but they are least bothered about it didn't get any reply
