I had applied for dhani one freedom card subscription on **th January. They didn't gave any prior notice that they will be debiting its subscription fee from my account through nach or ecs on the next day. Even i didn't received any text message from the app about this. My account did not had account balance at that time. So now i am being charged for ecs return charges from my bank again and again as they have made ecs debit from my account many times. Till now i have lost *** rupees as return charges just for not having balance in my bank account. I can't even cancel the subscription from in app. Please help me to get refund for this
