Dhani app indiabull credit line app - Ecs Ach Return chrges

Dhani is charging me with Ecs / Ach Nach return charges every once in a week , every time i am charged with *** plus from my bank , ,this is an unnecessary charge , every time i contack dhani , they give the same reply that the charges have been charged by bak not by dhani ,
But the bank is cleary dening that , Sbi says that the mandate is given by dhani , and sbi also says that dhaninis a fraud company , they get regular this type of cases ,
